L'inde
India was a wonderful country to visit. As I sit here in the offic listening to Bombaybeats.fm on the internet, I reflect on my roots and of a country that seems so distant, yet so near to me. And of course create colourful coreographies in my mind...

Snowy Thoughts...
My Religous Philosophy
Well, in light of the Chinese New Year (Année du COQ) and the suprising spring we recently had covered up today by the snowy streets, I am inspired to share with you my life philosophy. To put you into better context, imagine the cold Saskatchewan winters of minus 40 (with Windchill, which in some days can be around minus 50 (Celcius that is). However, each and every of those cold days one suffers, he/she is compensated with moments of warmth with friends or family, savouring hot chocolate and stories of the cold. But, one can not wait until the summer days arrive... when the snow and cold are but memories, and suddenly we are complaining that it is way too hot outside, and putting on the air conditioner and avoiding the heat. But it is in the first days of spring and summer that we appreciate the warmth so much.... and why? Because we have had such cold times. Similarly after suffering through hot hot summer, we then are relieved to be hit by Autumn and the cool weather. So, in general I believe that we must have some degree of sufferance in order to really appreciate the beauty and pleasure. Please don't take this out of context, unless you are really inspired to do so. I shall not limit your creativity. This being said, enjoy the snow... and don't worry, the sun and spring will be back soon, and you and I will appreciate it even more when it comes around again.
